My Work at Uptown Messenger
Editorial Intern
Jessica began working as an intern at the Uptown Messenger in January 2014. Her internship is heavily based upon research, page design and html coding. Jessica creates wiki profiles for the NOlA WIKI Messenger site. This site provides a substantial amount of detailed information about politicians, landmarks, legal cases, and local elections. Jessica’s job is to gather information from Uptown Messenger archives and other affiliated news organizations to create these profiles.
