I’ll let you in on something personal—I am a health nut.
After struggling with my body image and weight most of my life, I have finally made some significant changes that have had tremendous effects on my self-perception and physical capacities.
I’ve been following a paleo/ketogenic diet for over a year and have lost 30 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle.
I exercise seven days a week and love to dance.
I’ve been a belly dancer for almost three years, and have performed locally more than a dozen times.
